These SMS Terms of Service describe how and when Corgi Home Services sends text messages to our customers. This transparency ensures you understand exactly what to expect when communicating with us via SMS.
Consent and Message Frequency
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Corgi Home Services. This includes SMS messages for customer care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy. Message HELP for help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
Customers must be 18 years of age or older or have permission from a parent or guardian to opt into our SMS services. Opt-in can be completed via our web forms or other documented customer service channels.
Rates and Charges
Corgi Home Services does not charge any additional fees for sending or receiving SMS messages. However, standard carrier message and data rates from your wireless provider may apply to any messages sent to you from us, as well as any messages you send to us. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
Opt-Out and Support
You can reply STOP to any message to opt out of receiving further SMS communications from us at any time.
